Referrals

• Referrals should be faxed to (03) 9585 0002
  
  

• We are online with Argus, so please search and add us to your Argus address book
  
  

• Referrals are triaged and we will do our best to accommodate urgent issues, but
  heavy demand means wait times are often weeks or months.
  
  

• Please advise patients to contact the rooms to make an appointment, as it may otherwise be some time until we can contact them with an appointment.
  
  

• We do maintain a cancellation list, and will do our best to accommodate urgent patients.
  
  However, we can make no guarantees of service until an appointment time has been confirmed.
  
  

• Indefinite referrals can only be accepted for ongoing management of chronic conditions (eg psoriasis, lupus);
  Medicare does not consider this to include routine annual skin checks.
